(1) The assistant conservator, wildlife guard or other park staff may arrest any person or search the house, goods or vehicle of such person on the charge of violation of the law after receiving a warrant from the custodian.

(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if any accused escapes, even without a warrant, the assistant conservator, ranger or wildlife guard up to the rank of Suvedar may arrest the accused or search his belongings or vehicle. p>
